George was great I did not get a receipt they were going to email it to me which they did not I stopped in and talked to George again he said he'd call him I didn't get a receipt still and here it is a week later and I still haven't got a receipt I don't think I'll be back

I went to get an oil change & tire rotation from Meineke - 588 Waterloo Rd Akron, Ohio 44314. After it was done I drove straight to my mother in law's house exactly 10 miles away. (We are visiting from Tennessee) That evening I thought to check and make sure the wheel lock was placed back into the trunk. It was there in a different location. Then I checked the oil level and it was very highly overfilled. I went online to see how dangerous this was and it said DO NOT drive with extremely overfilled oil as it could damage the engine. My car is a 2025 Mazda CX50, so you can imagine my concern. Several articles said to pull the excess oil out with a siphon pump before driving it. So I went with my mother in law's car to Harbor Freight and bought a pump for $10. After much pumping I was able to pull out 16 ounces of oil to achieve the correct level on the dipstick. I have a video and pictures of it attached. I then drove back over to the Meineke and the desk person & the mechanic proceeded to tell me that it was filled to the correct level and explain to me how to read a dipstick. I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and have been changing and checking oil since I was a teenager. I

Devon is super nice! Used a 59.95 coupon for an oil change. He mentioned doing my brakes for 1000 which I think was massively inflated so I'll show around for that. But he did mention that do transmission drain and fills too

This place is amazing. The gentlemen in the shop worked diligently and efficiently. They showed me proof of exactly what needed done so it left absolutely no question whether or not I was paying for any unnecessary repairs. The staff was very friendly, personable, and, most importantly, I trusted them. The price was extremely fair and I couldn't be more grateful for their help through this process. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anybody I know who is in need a quick and affordable vehicle repairs!!

Great service friendly staff and affordable prices! They care more about your well being than how much money they can make and the earned a forever customer from me so if you need break work or any other car service this is the place to go.
